MIXED GRILL WITH BALSOY MARINADE

8 spareribs
4 beef patties
4 sausages
5.3 fl.oz EVO
6 tbsp Balsoy
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp mustard
2 tsp pepper
 
Place the meat in a casserole dish and cover with the marinade made by mixing Balsoy, oil, honey, mustard and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for about 10 hours, turning the meat after 5 hours. Cook on the grill, brushing with the marinade.
